Delivered Prints
All prints are delivered - unmounted, not matted and not framed - just single printed sheets.

Confirmation of order
Once your order is received, a confirmation email will be sent to the buyer to confirm the following:
  • Image selection and size, with a thumbnail sample
  • Shipping address
  • Name to appear in border text
  • Buyer acknowledges terms & conditions of sale.
Buyer must reply to this email before any production of selected print can be begin.


All sales are final
Due to the unique nature of each print — with each print having the buyer’s name imprinted in the text notations in the bottom border area — refunds are not available.


Exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your art print, you have the option to exchange your print for an alternative art print of equal value, with the following conditions:
  • Art print must be returned within 30 days of receipt
  • Art print must be in good condition on receipt by Santillo Gallery
  • Buyer assumes costs of return shipping
  • Only one (1) exchange is allowed per purchase.


Damage due to shipping
If there is any print damage due to shipping or handling, the original purchase art prints will be replaced without cost. Buyer must notify the Gallery via email within 48 hours of receipt of art print that there was shipping damage (including a photo of damage in email will be helpful). To receive a replacement, just return the damaged print and a replacement print will be mailed. Returning shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Custom and Importation Duties
The purchaser is will pay any and all custom or importations duties as applicable.
